Ames, Iowa- McFarland Clinic is pleased to announce that Meagen Anderson, PA-C will join McFarland Clinic’s Dermatology department on January 15.
Meagen received a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences in Orlando, Florida. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2015. She also completed the Diplomate Fellowship program through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. This is the highest training available as a dermatology physician assistant.
As a Dermatology provider, Meagen will provide services including skin checks, removal of moles, growths and lesions, skin allergy patch testing, treatment of skin conditions/rashes, acne, and warts. She has a special passion for skin cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.
